Looking for Helpdesk candidates to work in the Houston area. We have opportunities for mid-level through senior level. Candidates need to have experience with Windows XP and MS Office XP. Needs to be able to take at least 30 calls in a day. Experience with Remedy or a similar ticketing system. Client prides themselves on first-call resolution. Experience supporting a trade floor is a plus.




Requirements:




Someone with an MCP or MCSE is preferred, but not required. Bachelors degree is preferred.
