A well established IT service company is expanding into the Houston area and seeking a computer professional to provide high quality sales and consulting services to its customers both onsite and remotely. You will be our first employee in the area and this position provides a lot of growth potential for the right candidate.
Position: Computer Sales and Support Specialist
Hours: Full Time
Summary:
Create happy customers by providing high quality technical work and consulting while maintaining an ongoing relationship. Listen to the needs of customers and provide technology solutions. Ensure that customers have technologies and policies in place to provide the desired levels of security, reliability and functionality. Develop solutions for customers and close sales. Keep up with existing and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
Great people skills and ability to manage customer expectations. Superior Troubleshooting ability. Able to plan and follow structured service plans. Minimum 2 years of applicable experience, including phone and/or on-site technical support experience for small businesses. Dental experience a plus. Sales experience a plus. Minimum of one industry certification. Some travel required. Reliable Transportation required

- Compensation: 40-65K annual salary with growth potential
