This position will provide technical support to the petroleum service industry. Our company is a leader in the field of providing service support/customer service to commercial fuel system owners and operators.
Our company provides 24/7 support for commercial fuel system owners and operators nation wide. Our office is located in West Houston in the Park Ten area.
This position will be responsible for:
* responding to alarm situations at client's locations
* working with on-site contractors
* providing problem resolution
* provide customer support to clients
Individual must demonstrate:
* above average computer skills
* problem solving and communication skills
* ability to be a team player
* above average phone skills
In addition the candidate must be:
* willing to work all shifts including weekends
* able to work independently when necessary
We are looking for an individual who is looking for long term employment. Training will be provided.
