Permanent Full Time Role
Excellent hours between 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday, NO WEEKENDS!

Former experience with CCTV (closed circuit television) would be great but NOT required. All training for CCTV techinical will be provided.
Duties include:
- Packing products for shipping
- RMA hardwares troubleshoot and repair processing
- Inbound call for tech suppport for computer, Digital Video Recorder, and Security Camera setup and troubleshooting
Must possess the following :
Strong customer service skills
Call center background a plus
Ability to learn and adapt to new technology quickly
At least 6 months former tech support calls and electronic products experience
Reliable transportation.
Good math and english writing skills.
Good background check
