We currently have a permanent position for a Oracle Support Analyst near Greenspoint. We are looking for someone who can do the following:
• Deliver excellent production support and customer service
• Perform analysis, thorough testing, and debugging
• Complete assigned tasks timely and accurately
• Report status of assigned tasks to users and IT mgt.
• Be a team player working in close cooperation with others
• Identify potential problems and recommend alternative solutions
• Ensure that expected application performance levels are achieved
• Assist developers with their projects as needed
Experience Required:
• 1-2 years Oracle Financial Apps experience
• Bachelor of Science degree
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Good computer skills
• Pleasant and patient demeanor
• Willingness and aptitude to learn new applications
• Can use SQL or TOAD
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Experience Desired:
• Understanding of Oil & Gas Industry
• Experience with .Net applications
• Computer Science degree
• IT background
• Accounting degree
