Work for one of the region's fastest growing printing companies! Network Control Operator is needed to monitor production processes and system resources in an enterprise data center. Ability to schedule batch processing on multiple platforms in support of the company’s core products or services.
Duties Include:
Effective monitoring and maintenance of production batch processes
Support of peripheral equipment in an enterprise environment to include tapes, network storage devices, and printers.
Document problems and issues using electronic ticketing system, perform effective follow up, and provide tier I support for the data center.
Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
Requirements:
Associates degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a Network Operations center
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work flexible hours to include overtime, weekends and holidays where appropriate.
Ability to work 3 days on and 4 off, 4 days on, 3 days off, etc etc
Shifts Available:
7:00 pm-7:00 am
10:00am – 6:00 pm
11:00 pm-7:30am
