Technical Service Analyst-Dimension

Job Description: Install, maintain and repair customer Dimension machines in the field. Make customer and prospect Dimension parts to specs. Field train customers to operate Dimension machines. Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Dimension machines as needed at customer sites. Maintain Dimension product knowledge to current standards. Work with the company sales force to design Dimension machine demonstrations. Participate in marketing shows as needed. Operate other company rapid prototyping equipment including scanners and digitizing arms.





Key Qualities: Mechanical aptitude. Knowledge of PC computer assembly techniques. Winning, outgoing personality. Customer service oriented.





Qualifications: Associate Degree in a technical field. IT experience is a plus.





Basic knowledge of computer networking. Valid Drivers License and a clean driving record.





Two to three years of work experience with good references. Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills.





No need to know Dimension will train.
