MINIMUM 3 years experience in JAVA based applications running on Weblogic.
SIGNIFICANT background installing and administering WebLogic
STRONG Oracle and SQL knowledge, SDLC, Source code management
Experience in Struts, Spring and Ibatis a plus
Unix scripting experience a plus
Application messaging experience using Weblogic a plus
Basic UNIX commands
Recent experience with three-tiered Web environments, with strong technical understanding of the application server (WebLogic), Web server, database server tiers and associated dependencies
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Outstanding customer facing skills and absolute devotion to client satisfaction
The ability to work independently, under pressure, to multi-task and work to deadlines.
