Strong preference for Projects module Oracle experience. Oracle Project Costing, Project Billing, and/or Project Management modules....
Business Analyst must be able talk to the end-users to discern what they desire from Oracle to be able help them streamline/optimize their business processes and be more effective and then go to IT/technical and explain it in terms IT/technical can understand to be able to make it happen. BA must understand, document & train Oracle end users on business processes and be able to understand business process flows, create documentation flows to be able to detail and explain to the end user.
BA must have:
1. Must have 3-5+ years experience in Oracle including Project accounting, analyzing how projects relate to the complex business structure as well as experience in the fields of Oracle modules Financial Accounting, Order Management for Chemical Products.
Oracle modules ranked order of importance
1. Projects/transportation (either as top)
2. Transportation/projects (either as top)
3. Order management
4. Procurement
5. Accounting
2. Be able to interface with all levels of the organization, both technical and non-technical.
3. Experience with Reporting and Analysis.
