Greensheet, a well known 30 million-dollar a year print advertising company, is seeking a Second Press Operator. We are looking for an individual who has an impeccable work ethic and who desires a stable and rewarding career. Ideal candidates can register 4 color work, plate cocking and have knowledge of pagination.
Please note the shift is: 12 Hour Schedule… 3:00 pm – 3:00 am with rotating days: 3 days one week, 4 days the next week.
Key Responsibilities:
Set ink/water balance on press to achieve correct color balance and density
Change press plates, set paper rollers and blankets
Responsible for basic maintenance of press, including cleaning of equipment
Identify problems on the press, implement solutions and maintain productions standards in a timely manner

Cobra Mike
Feeler Gauges
Hand Tools
Conductivity Meter
Working Conditions:
AC/Heated Pressroom – much climbing of stairs, kneeling, bending, stooping, laying, standing, walking
Min Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
2-5 years Web Offset Lithographic Press experience
Folder and stacker experience
Good math skills are essential; must also be able to read, write and speak English.
Ability to lift up to 50-60 pounds.
Good understanding of printing processes and workflows.
