Maintenance person needed for the Conroe area. Responsible for working with all internal maintenance and housekeeping staff and or contractors to perform general and preventative maintenance work to troubleshoot, to maintain structures, electrical systems,pheumatic systems, all machines, heating AC systems,& plumbling etc. Must have 5yrs plus experience in performing similar duties in the servicing of mechanical equipment with knowledge and or experience in electrial properties and a High School diploma.
