This is a retail setting with retail scheduling, must be available to work rotating shifts with NO GRAVEYARD OR LATE HOURS.

Duties Include:
Assist store manager in the efficient operation of a retail store. Including being responsible for the efficient operation of a retail store, auditing procedures, bank deposits, cash control, merchandising, staff supervision, training and evaluating, security and safety of company employees and property to achieve established goals for sales, payroll, safety and expense control.
Assist store manager with planning for best possible merchandising system, including displays and in-store promotions.
Order and/or produce merchandise of sufficient quantity, quality and type to meet or exceed sales goals.
Assist store manager in leading and encouraging store work force; give proper training; assign specific duties; and establish work schedules to ensure a smooth running operations in the absence of the manager.
Hand out applications, pre-screen applicants, interview and refer potential candidates to Human Resources.
