Store Management:
Management focus would include but not be limited to…...
Recruiting, training, developing and motivating a strong full service sales team to achieve your sales goals.
Maintaining a high level of communication, organization and merchandising.
Maintaining an accurate inventory and have a strong awareness to prevent inventory shrinkage and control expenses.
Uphold company policies and practices
Creating a fun and pleasant experience for our customers as well as with our employees
Requirements:
Retail management experience with a proven and successful track record.
Ability to drive sales, motivate and build a strong sales team environment.
Ability to manage shrink and control expenses.
Self-starter with a positive attitude
Team player with strong problem solving skills
The drive to be successful and meet company goals
