Job Description
Responsible for directing and developing programs and policies for the loss mitigation functions within a business group. May manage several loss mitigation areas. Duties may include: creating initiatives/programs to support business goals and loss mitigation objectives; analyzing service standards, market trends, and emerging issues to develop new business strategies; improving group performance; directing other managers as needed to accomplish goals; managing implementation efforts; resolving complex problems or inquiries; ensuring overall compliance with government regulations and company policies.
Minimum Qualifications
• College degree or equivalent education or experience,
• 7-9 years loss mitigation experience
• 3-4 years in management of a large call center Ability to prioritize & meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to build a strong diverse team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail oriented, excellent verbal/written communication.
• Strong problem solving/analytical skills
Preferred Skills
• Mortgage loss mitigation.
• Knowledge of Investor guidelines and
• Compliance audit.
• Related business degree.
• Customer Service background.
