TEXAS HOME BUYERS, a 20 year company in buying, fixing and selling residential real estate, is looking for bright, energetic, self-motivated Sales/Marketing Associates to market and pre-sell investment properties in Houston and the surrounding area.
Responsibilities include:
-Contact prospective buyers with information about listings;
-Promote and conduct Open Houses and Promotions;
-Place advertisements in periodicals, and newspapers as required;
-Set up marketing program for realtors and investors;
-Evaluate properties for curb appeal and decorate for Open Houses;
-Maintain communication with manager to ensure effective marketing strategies.
Skills required:
-Background in Real Estate sales;
-Sales and marketing background;
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel;
-Great customer service, telephone and interpersonal skills;
-Highly organized;
-Goal driven;
-Bi-lingual a plus.
This position is full time (6 days per week), salaried, contract.
