Real Estate Investment company looking to hire a District Property Manager to manage all their Houston assets.
Experience - 5 years in direct property management (single family experience a plus)
Education - College degree preferred
Responsibilities - manage Houston portfolio and property management companies, maximize occupancy and rent/value, manage marketing, increase retention, report to Executive Vice President - Asset Management/Research
Timing - ready to hire
Benefits - after 90 days, company pays for 70% of Health insurance

- Compensation: 40k - 50k (depending on experience)
