Synergy Events, A leader in integrated experiential marketing seeks individuals with extensive promotional & mobile/event marketing experience to manage a 6-month for a nationally recognized health and fitness campaign. Timeframe of the tour is May through the September 2008.
Tour Managers will be responsible for, but not limited to:
· Promoting and delivering overall key messages, products and services to the public.
· Driving a customized vehicle to and from each assigned city in a large combination vehicle.
· Conducting through site inspections of scheduled event locations.
· Set Up/Strike and Event Day Programming.
· Train and manage 2-5 local brand ambassadors in each market, while also conducting payroll duties post event.
· Frequent professional on-site communication with client.
· Emcee PR/Media Events to deliver key messages and gain interest with consumers.
· Conduct daily/weekly administrative duties - program expense reports, event recapping, premium and supply inventory and diligent vehicle maintenance.
Qualifications:
· Positive and energetic attitude towards working in a team environment while being reliable for individual tasks.
· Customer/client service driven.
· Highly organized, solution and detail oriented.
· Strong communication skills a must
· Committed to a stellar performance on and off the event site.
· Flexible when traveling for consecutive weeks and able to utilize market-specific resources when necessary.
· High energetic with experience in emcee work.
· Reliable team member who understands the big picture and handles all aspects (including paperwork) in a timely fashion
· Keen sense of urgency to complete responsibilities in a timely manner.
*Monthly salary and per diem included.
*Class A CDL Drivers a plus.
*Bilingual (Spanish) candidates a plus.
