Ryso Consulting, Inc is a premiere, privately owned and operated sales and marketing firm based in Houston. Our firm has a very high success rate of developing motivated entry level individuals into successful leaders. We are seeking inexperienced professionals that would like to take their drive and apply it towards a lucrative business career. We develop our own managers, (starting in entry level), rather than hiring people strictly based on their degree or experience.




Our field of expertise is acquisition of new business clients and the retention of current business clients for Fortune 100 companies. We are not an employment or temp agency. We are an outsourced sales and marketing team. Our clients need us to communicate with their customers since their telemarketing and direct mail channels are failing. We provide the human interaction our clients so desperately need. We’re currently expanding in 10 markets across the U.S.

Entry level representatives will work in the following areas:




Business to Business Sales & Marketing. (NO telemarketing - NO direct mail)


Team Management


Campaign Coordination


Territory Assignments


Teaching and Development of Subordinates




Entry level reps will earn above average income. Employees with a proven track record will have the opportunity to participate in our Leadership and Management Development Program. No Experience Necessary!




Upon completion of Leadership and Management Development, you will have the opportunity to help us manage and run one of our new locations.

Job Requirements




We work primarily with corporate clients. If you have experience in Advertising, Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, Communications, Sports, Entertainment, Promotions, Customer Service, Management, Administration, Retail, Restaurants, Recreation, Management, Management Training, Finance or an MBA, we have an interest in you!




This is an entry level position. All college graduates are encouraged to apply; however, the following degrees/experiences are the best matches: communications, business administration, management, advertising, marketing, public relations, political science, psychology, military, sports management, athletic experience.
