Regulatory Compliance Coordinator ~ Houston, TXPrimary Roles: ? Assist Marketing/Proposals in the regulatory requirements for preparation of tenders.? Prepared to embrace corporate Management System (GMS) and ensure any project specific procedure requirements (Regulatory) are identified and circulated to project team ? Develop project Regulatory Compliance Plans in alignment with project Basis of Design, and project Execution Plans (PEP) ? Maintain awareness for potential regulatory issues/changes/trends for corporate and project.? Close monitoring and supervision of the administration of project regulatory progress (Submittals, comments, responses), proactive facilitation of comment resolution, reporting to project and corporate management ? Integral member of project team, and interface with all engineering disciplines ? Overall corporate contact for all regulatory interface regarding ABS, USCG, MMS, OSHA, SOLAS, IMO, Flag State and others.? Takes responsibility for meeting project regulatory objectives and schedules ? Willing to attend in the field (US and overseas) to assist with regulatory interface activities at fabrication yards ? Have skills to assist with management of commercial aspects of project regulatory arrangements (class contracts etc.)Secondary Roles:? Have a working knowledge of HSE principals for design and for fabrication activities ? Be willing to familiarize with corporate HSE procedures and practices ? Support HSE team as necessary especially when in the field ? Read and understand project HSE Philosophy, and Plans ? Be prepared to support Accident / Incident Investigation & Reporting activities.? Support administration of corporate HSE program (home office) as requiredEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:?
