Gringo's Mexican Kitchen opened their first location in January of 1993 and currently has 6 locations in the Greater Houston area with one in San Antonio. Gringo's is scheduled to open their 8th location in Pearland in the summer of 2008. Gringo's Mexican Kitchen in Spring is looking for an experienced restaurant manager for a full-time position. Must have at least 5 years of restaurant experience with a minimum of 2 years management experience in a high volume full-service restaurant. Qualities we are looking for are:
*Honest, high energy, great communication skills, organized, customer service oriented, self motivated, drug-free, professional mind-set and appearance. Bi-lingual,FOH and BOH experience, solid job history, and education a plus.
