CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
CORESTAFF Services, a leading national staffing firm, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our premier client in Northwest Houston. We offer a competitive market salary of $35-40K plus benefits.
Qualifications to perform essential tasks and duties
Understanding of how Operations work for manufacturing company
Strong understanding of all aspects of purchase order (i.e.,shipping terms/ payment terms/insurance/risks, etc.)
Ability to negotiate all terms on purchase order autonomously
Ability to generate quotes
Knowledge of letters of credit
Experience working with Customers Not suppliers/vendors
Problem resolution experience working with Operations personnel
Experience working in call center
Desirable Skills:
Aptitude to understand technical
. Understanding our parts and instruments
Systems Experience
Advanced Microsoft Outlook skills
Beginners Microsoft Word and Excel skills
ERP experience
