This Position is Responsible For:
- Handling customer questions, issues and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy & professionalism.
- Handling business transactions and offering alternative solutions with the objective of retaining customers� business
- Making financial decision to protect/collect revenues and adjust customer accounts
- Utilizing a variety of systems and web-based tools to research & resolve customer issues
