HVAC Commercial Estimator.
Halco Mechanical Inc is a commercial mechanical contractor cooling people and products through out Southeast Texas. We provide cooling heating and ventilation systems for business in the commercial and industrial markets. In business since 1980, we have a large customer base we work with and we supply cost proposals to hundreds of potential customers all over Texas.
We are looking for an entry or intermediate level estimators experienced in the HVAC business. Must possess knowledge in all phases of design/build, mechanical systems, including, air distribution systems, cooling equipment, Pneumatic/electric and dc temperature controls requiring knowledge with installation, service, design, and cost analysis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Review Projects, drawing and specifications, tabulate material and labor cost, planning, from submittals to close-out documents, estimating budgets, schedules and tracking job cost, overseeing multiple projects while working with field superintendents.
