Account Manager Position
SteepRock, Inc is a leading provider of software and service solutions in support of the life sciences industry. Our company is seeking a driven, confident, professional full-time account manager. Prior life sciences or pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus along with a MBA and/or global experience.
Requirements:
US Citizen
4 year college degree
Excellent computer and communication skills
A functional home office
Willingness to travel
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and manage key client relationships to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Project management of ongoing client/market segment related activities, including site implementation, marketing coordination, and client requests for functionality and service.
Analyzed reviews of client use of SteepRocks implemented system and services.
Preparation of strategic reports relating to functionality features and services to enhance performance and client satisfaction.
Participate in development and implementation approaches to enable valued longevity of existing client business.
Develop a routine schedule for meeting with existing clients.
Provide developmental analysis of client and market segment data to allow further insight into client/service operations and improvements.
Determine account management markets best practices and implement management committee recommendations.
Conduct competitive surveillance and market analysis.
Assist in contract renewals, budget estimates and reconciliation
Perform additional tasks as may be assigned from time to time by our director of client services.
