We are a growing Multi-family Property Management/Investment company. Headquartered in Los Angeles. We are seeking an experienced Premise Manager and or Resident Manager to assist with a portfolio in the Houston.
The successful candidate will most likely come from a multi-unit property management position. Candidates should be proactive.
Job Description:
• Lease vacant units
Manage the day to day transactions on the property.
• Collection of rents and analysis of delinquencies.
• Work with the maintenance staff on turnover and maintenance request.
• Communicate with the Property Manager and Corporate office.
• Work with Yardi Property Management software
• Address Tenant concerns, and Improve the financial performance of assets through increasing occupancy, lowering delinquency and expense controls.
The Perfect candidate will possess the following:
• A strong Can Do attitude
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced workplace
• Must have good work history with references
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
• Great planning and organizational skills
• Experience with Yardi Property Ma
