ABOUT THE POSITION
An effective, supportable cost segregation analysis requires engineering and a knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs; as well as a knowledge of income tax regulations, court cases, revenue rulings, and procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must have at least 2 years of Cost Segregation Engineering required.
Must possess excellent organizational and computer skills.

Ability to work in a fast pace environment and meet deadlines
