Asset Management firm is seeking a full time, experienced professional to greet guests and manage the front desk with dependability and reliability in a stable and professional corporate office environment.
Job Duties: managing the front desk and reception area, supporting the office staff and distributing faxes and incoming correspondence frequently. Minimum 1 full year of receptionist or administrative experience in a corporate or professional office, strong computer skills for assisting staff on a variety of projects. Friendly, warm and energetic approach every day.
Polished and professional approach towards their job and the firm. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal staff, guests. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are required. Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. 1 hour lunch.
